Solidarity with Ukraine
Not serving Russian citizens
As a result of the aggression of the Russian Federation and explicit entry of Russian troops in Ukraine, in violation of international law and breaking of the agreements of the Memorandum of Budapest, the owner of "Hotelik" has decided to refuse providing any services to the citizens of the Russian Federation, starting from September 17, 2014
"The Memorandum was signed by the United States of America, Great Britain and Russia in 1994, which together committed themselves, inter alia, to respect the sovereignty and borders of Ukraine and to refrain from any threats to use force against the territorial integrity and political independence of Ukraine."
"When groups of people on the orders of the commanders in tanks and in armored vehicles with heavy weapons are on the territory of a foreign country, crossing the border, I think it's an invasion" - said Ella Polyakova , a member of the Human Rights Council at the President of the Russian Federation.
